Thereze Rydén´s story
In her role as a Port Services Operative and Supervisor Thereze does different things at the port. For example, she assists ships at arrival in the mooring, loading, and unloading of trailers, containers, and cars. She also drives the tug master, parking containers in our parking lot, and then moving it on board. She also drives the reach stacker.
“My day is never the same, I have a lot of tasks and things to do, and I find it very fun and stimulating. In my team we rotate the workload so there is no day where I do the same task over and over. I’ve worked with so many different amazing people in my years at Stena Line that taught me a lot.”
In her free time, she is dedicated to her family, and she enjoys spending time in her garden and reading. “I also have a passion for art. I make sculptures on balsa wood that sometimes I show at art exhibitions. I also like to exercise a lot. Working out makes me happy. I believe that life is better if one exercises.”
