Stena Line continues to work towards gender equality at every level. We have achieved several of our gender equality targets, including our ambition to have 50% women in our Group management team. We have also rolled our annual Women in Maritime campaign to encourage more women to go for leadership opportunities.
During 2023, we achieved our target of having 50% female leaders in the Group management team. In addition, we have many women at every level across the business who are responsible for making important decisions about how we operate.
We know that there is still some way to go, and there are still areas within Stena Line where female leaders are in the minority. However, we hope that our continued efforts will see more brilliant female role models joining our teams at every level of the business.
