Strengthening our recruitment practices

Building a diverse and inclusive workplace starts with fair recruitment. That’s why we’ve been piloting a new approach to hiring, focusing on removing bias and ensuring a more objective evaluation of candidates. By introducing structured assessments that prioritise skills and potential over traditional hiring methods, we’ve helped hiring managers find better-aligned candidates. Early results from the pilot have been promising, contributing to improved gender balance across multiple regions.

Fostering a safe and inclusive workplace

A workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute is essential. To reinforce this, we’ve strengthened our training, policies, and resources—ensuring that all employees and managers have the tools they need to uphold a culture of openness, respect, and accountability.

Encouraging a workplace where people feel safe to speak up and support one another builds trust and strengthens our teams. By continuously reinforcing these principles, we are making inclusion a natural part of how we work together every day.

Looking ahead

While we acknowledge the progress made, we recognise that the journey towards equality is far from over. Our focus remains on integrating diversity and inclusion into everything we do –ensuring that these values are not standalone initiatives but an integral part of how we operate.
