Customs Service Manager

As the Manager of our Customs Service in Frederikshavn, you will oversee customs service activities and lead the daily operations. Through proactive and operational initiatives, you will contribute to the development of business areas in line with our freight strategy. Collaborating with the Freight Commercial Team, you will drive customer base development while maintaining a strong focus on existing customers.
You will ensure compliance with laws and regulations by proactively seeking information and updates from relevant authorities. Additionally, you will act as the liaison between the business area and Stena IT, ensuring the implementation and use of qualified IT systems.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and distribute daily work
- Focus on people, ensuring employee satisfaction
- Ensure steady production and customer satisfaction to maintain and develop our customer base
- Manage and develop customs service activities

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience
- Background in forwarding or international trade is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of customs clearance
- Fluency in Danish and English (Swedish is a plus)
- Passion for working in a business that values integrity, loyalty, and dedication
