Warehouse Operative - Summer Job

Retail & Food services is the procurement partner for the Stena Line group with a satellite warehouse and procurement function based in Holyhead and a warehouse in Fishguard.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to work with us over the summer as Warehouse Operative at our thriving establishment. If you possess a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team!
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and our retail outlets on a daily basis to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Adhere to Company guidelines meticulously, including thorough inspection of basic delivery data to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- Effectively manage incoming deliveries, ensuring proper storage and distribution through both internal procedures and external networks as necessary.
- Skilfully pick and pack goods according to orders, maintaining accuracy and timeliness to meet customer demands.
- Assist the Site Supervisor in maintaining accurate stock levels through diligent monitoring and reporting.
- Assume responsibility as a keyholder in the absence of the Site Supervisor, ensuring security protocols are followed and operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:
- Driving license required
- Fork Lift Truck experience is desirable
- Previous experience working within a busy warehouse or retail environment
- Experience in a face to face customer service
- Proven track record of upselling and workings with KPIs
