Leading a dedicated team of People Business Partners, People Rehab Partners, and Talent Acquisition Partners, you will drive strategic HR initiatives while staying actively involved in daily operations.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and align the regional People team to drive performance and a unified “One People” approach.
- Execute Stena Line’s strategic people agenda, driving key initiatives and projects within your area.
- Maintain profitable collaboration with the occupational health care provider and oversee compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Provide expert HR support to managers and employees on laws, policies, and agreements.
-Facilitate opposing discussions and help drive alignment on changes to support progress and transformation.
- Ensure a high-quality employee experience, strong employer branding, and effective recruitment processes.
- Lead or participate in development initiatives across Stena Line Group to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Extensive experience in HR functions, with a focus on strategic and operational People management.
- Leadership experience in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of collective agreements, including Tjänstemannaavtalet, Handels, Transport, Färjeavtalet, and various officer agreements.
- Experience in negotiations and working with labor unions.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office.
