In this role, you will provide essential support to our freight sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our customers. Some of your key responsibilities:
- Lead indoor sales initiatives across the Stena Line route network.
- Focus on Indoor Sales and Reservation customer platforms, negotiating competitive rates, ensuring volume compliance, building strong customer relationships, promoting CSS, and driving business development.
- Handle new business enquiries promptly, issuing written quotes and confirmations on the same day, with thorough follow-up.
- Accurately prepare and input account and rate data into the pricing system (FPP).
- Proactively monitor and manage customer accounts, using CRM and other company data systems to identify and maximise growth potential for each account.
- Oversee the maintenance and development of departmental databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
