Messmate/Messmaid
As Messmate or Messmaid you will be a part of our hotel department in Baltic Sea North Region.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Set up the lines for breakfast, lunch, dinner when and where applicable and provide service to the guests and crew
- Cleaning and servicing of passenger and crew cabins, public facilities to company set standards
- Control of compartments in order to cleanness and facility
- Follow internal rules, instructions, sanitary requirements and ships safety instructions.
- Participate in the linen inventory
- Control of catering/hotel area including toilet-facilities in order to cleanness
- Assist and serve guests immediately and at a high professional level, according to company’ s standards.

Qualifications:
- Valid certificates, including:
- Basic Safety Training
- Security Awareness or Higher
- Crowd Management (preferred)
- Safety Training for Personnel Providing Direct Service to Passengers in Passenger Spaces on Board Passenger Ships (preferred)
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Valid EU Passport
- At least a year of experience at working in hotel department, on land or at sea is preferable.
