Stena Line’s Port Operations Team has a crucial part in this journey.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Mooring and loading and unloading of all vessels on arrival.
- Transportation of passengers and luggage to the vessels, and delivery of unaccompanied freight by driving of TUG Masters as required.
- Traffic marshalling of freight and passenger vehicles for safe embarkment and disembarkment of the vessel.
- Housekeeping of port areas and other routine jobs as required.
What you will experience
As part of a successful Port Operations team you will be responsible for the safe and successful mooring of vessels in and out of the port in line with arrival and departure deadlines.
Main function is the assisting with the smooth and effective transportation of passenger and vehicles to and from the vessels, whilst ensuring their experience is as pleasurable as possible by providing the highest standards of customer service to all our guests.

Qualifications:
- Previous proven Experience of Port operational duties and requirements.
- Excellent communication Skills and proven customer service experience.
- A full clean Driving license and experience of driving large vehicles such as TUGS/HGV/PCV
