Stena Line have an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven Travel Manager who will make a huge impact on the success of our region.
As a Travel Manager you will be responsible for growing the commercial contribution of Travel through identifying and taking advantage of route specific opportunities to drive volume, increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Drive growth through identifying commercial opportunities for the region.
- Create reasons for travel through product development and by establishing and building regional partnerships.
- Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of the regional consumer PR strategy.
- Work closely with the onboard teams to develop an integrated approach between travel and onboard marketing initiatives and to support the development of the product and service experience.
- Ensure all Irish Sea content across our customer journey touchpoints is up-to-date and relevant.
- Undertake daily competitor and market watch including creative messaging, regional media approaches and price monitoring.

Qualifications:
- Degree level education and experience working in a marketing role.
- Creative thinker, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using data to create insights to generate opportunities.
- A strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build new relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
