Some of your key responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment independently across all levels in Scandinavia, from writing job posts and screening applications to interviewing and providing candidate feedback
- Continuously develop and improve recruitment processes and digital tools to ensure efficiency and a great candidate experience
- Safeguard Stena Line’s employer brand in every touchpoint of the recruitment process
- Plan and implement employer branding activities, including school collaborations, career events, internships, and other initiatives
- Advise managers on employment legislation and recruitment best practices
- Participate in regional Talent Acquisition projects that strengthen the “attract & recruit” experience

Based in our Gothenburg office, this role follows an office-first approach. You’ll join a close-knit, high-performing team, working alongside another amazing TA-Partner and collaborate with People Business Partners and People Rehab Partner. Together, we make recruitment smooth, strategic, and yes - even fun. From shore to ship, we handle People operations for our Swedish organisation, balancing focus and creativity with Monday breakfasts, fika breaks, and genuine support for one another.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Work Life Science, or equivalent
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, having independently led hiring across a variety of roles and seniority levels.
- Experience using assessments (we currently use AlvaLabs) to evaluate candidates and support hiring decisions
- Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to advise and challenge stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Experience working in ReachMee, AlvaLabs and RefApp is a plus
