Who You Are
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do, you will have high attention to detail always ensuring that an exceptionally high level of customer service and accuracy is provided to our customers.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with your team members to get the job done but also work well by yourself when the need arises. With a positive and forward-thinking outlook you will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills. No two days are ever the same working in this busy environment so you will need to be adaptable, flexible and reliable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience ideally within the travel/transport industry
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong customer focus and a good telephone manner
- Ability to work in a busy customer service and sales environment
- Full driving licence
- A focused and self-motivated approach to work
- Detail conscious and have good numerical skills, enter data quickly and accurately
