We are looking for people to join our onboard sales and services catering team! You will be responsible for all things Onboard Sales and Services under the direction of the Onboard Sales and Services manager including supporting the day to day activities of the department and crew. You are accountable for ensuring excellent customer service in all of our guest outlets onboard. You will be able to comprehend financial targets and will assist the department to reach the financial goals of the vessel. You will optimise sales onboard to ensure all relevant KPI’s are met. You will coach and facilitate the team, and encourage colleagues to exceed the service expectations of our passengers.
