Some of your key responsibilities:

• Drive onboard retail performance to exceed revenue and profit targets
• Spend time in-store to support teams and build a proactive sales culture
• Collaborate with R&F Travel Retail and local suppliers to maximise opportunities
• Lead seasonal campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising plans
• Coach and train retail teams in product presentation, layout, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with retail agreements and company policies
• Host regular regional retail meetings and cascade key updates to teams

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail management, both operational and strategic
• Degree or equivalent in Retail Management
• Experience in Retail Travel (preferred)
• Strong understanding of sales performance and profit optimisation
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action
• Comfortable with weekly travel across vessels in the region
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
