Some of your key responsibilities

As an apprentice, you’ll be trained and supported to:

Assist with loading and unloading freight and vehicles.
Operate port equipment such as tug masters, forklifts, and ramps (training provided).
Support mooring and marshalling activities.
Deliver excellent customer service in line with our Stena Line behaviors.
Help maintain port areas and equipment.
Participate in safety briefs and team meetings.
Learn and use digital tools relevant to port operations.

Qualifications

Minimum age: 21
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
Willingness to work shifts
Interest in port operations, logistics, or transport
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
No prior experience required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn
