Fleet Master

In this role, you will be a key support to our deck teams onboard while developing your skills and knowledge on our vessels. The role has no set location; you will have the opportunity to work on all of our Irish Sea vessels.
Some of your key responsibilities:
The Master has the overall responsibility and ultimate authority to ensure the safety of the vessel, crew and cargo, and the protection of the Environment. In this rank, you will safeguard the interests of the Company to the fullest extent of their authority.
The Master is accountable for the everyday management and running of the vessel. They are the Company’s onboard representative and are responsible for implementing the Company Safety, Health and Environmental Policy and ensuring compliance with the Company Safety Management System.

Qualifications:
- Valid STCW training and ENG1 certificate
- Master's Unlimited COC
- Proven ship handling and command experience on ferries
