Our recruitment process may vary depending on the role, location and local requirements, but a typical process includes the following steps:

1. Application
   Submit your CV and answer any role-specific questions.
2. Recruiter evaluation
   Our recruitment team reviews your application to assess your experience and fit for the role.
3. Assessment tests
   For some roles, you may be asked to complete personality and problem-solving assessments.
4. First-round interview
   An initial conversation to get to know each other, your experience and your motivation.
5. Second-round interview
   A deeper conversation with the hiring team about the role, your experience and expectations.
6. Final interview
   A final meeting to align on the role, team and next steps.
7. References
   We may contact references as part of the final stage of the process.
8. Final offer
   If we’re the right match, we’ll make you an offer and welcome you on board.
