Do you have previous experience working at sea or in the hospitality industry and are you ready for a new adventure?

Onboard Britannica there are 2 restaurants, 3 bars, duty free shop and 538 cabins, here you will have the opportunity to shine: utilizing all your current skills and gaining vital new ones. Working alongside a close-knit team, you have the responsibility to ensure that the journey is exciting and comfortable, both for our guests and for your colleagues. Some of your key responsibilities
- Support onboard hospitality operations – Work across the restaurants, bars, duty-free shop and other passenger areas to support the smooth running of the vessel.
- Maintain high standards – Ensure areas are clean, presentable and maintained to Stena Line’s required standards.
- Work effectively as part of the onboard team – Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to passengers and fellow crew members.
- Follow health, safety and company procedures – Work safely and responsibly onboard, following all relevant Stena Line policies, procedures and maritime requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service – Ensure guests have a welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout their journey.

Requirements:

- Must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team player is a must
- Attention to detail and ambition to develop within the company
- STCW including crowd management (preferred)
- ENG1 Medical (preferred)
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (preferred)
