Combining strategic workforce planning, business intelligence and data-driven decision making, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring we have the right capabilities, capacity and skills to support our business both today and in the years ahead.
As part of our People & Crewing Transformation team, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, turning complex workforce data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. From workforce forecasting and scenario planning to supporting transformational initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we plan for the future.

Some of your key responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of workforce planning frameworks, standards and methodologies across crewing.
- Translate business strategy, financial plans and operational requirements into robust workforce forecasts and plans.
- Identify workforce risks, skills gaps and capacity challenges, developing evidence-based solutions.
- Lead demand and supply modelling, scenario planning and predictive workforce analytics.
- Provide strategic workforce insights and recommendations to support organisational change and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop meaningful workforce planning dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity, governance and the effective use of workforce data across the organisation.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in strategic workforce planning within a complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning methodologies, forecasting and scenario modelling
- Experience using workforce data and analytics to support business decision making
- Knowledge of maritime and labour legislation and its application within workforce planning activities
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial and financial awareness
