Editorial Lead
Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for impactful communication? Stena Line is now looking for an Editorial Lead to own and develop our editorial ecosystem across key channels such as the intranet, website, and LinkedIn. In this role you will ensure all communication is aligned with business priorities, consistent in tone, and delivered with high quality and impact. By translating strategy and leadership messaging into clear, engaging content, you will help strengthen understanding, engagement, and trust. As a senior partner to Group Management and other key functions, you combine strategic direction with hands on leadership - driving editorial planning, governance, and the continuous development of our channels.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Own and lead the integrated editorial strategy & planning and create content across all channels
- Write and create content to drive awareness of company purpose, strategy and priorities among all employees
- Own, lead and develop the tone of voice framework
- Establish and maintain editorial governance, workflows and quality assurance
- Benchmark and continuously develop the editorial strategy and set-up
- Act as senior editorial advisor to management and key stakeholders
- Continuously develop and optimise channels in close collaboration with Digital and Brand team
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and channel performance
- Participate in the crisis communications team

Qualifications:
- Academic degree or equivalent within communication, journalism, or a related field
- Extensive experience in editorial leadership, corporate communication or content strategy
- Proven experience of owning and developing multiple communication channels
- Experience in working both strategically and operationally, and the ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution
- Experience in advising senior leaders and working in complex, matrix organisations
- Previous ownership of digital communication platforms and analytics
- Experience in crisis communication is a plus
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
