Communication Lead
Ready to help us future‑proof Stena Line? We are looking for an impactful Communications Lead to shape and drive strategic communication across the organisation. In this senior role, you will turn business strategy into inspiring communication, with a strong focus on internal communication and change management. You will play a key role in engaging the organisation around major initiatives such as digitalisation, efficiency improvements, and cultural transformation.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Act as a senior communications lead in strategic communication matters, including change and crisis communication
- Independently deliver strategic communications support to Group Management and key internal stakeholders
- Own and lead projects such as the top management conference Leaders’ Forum and organisational changes, with a focus on strategic content and outcome
- Continuously develop and enhance the business strategy communication to ensure employee understanding and engagement
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Group communication strategy
- Coach leaders and develop trainings across the organisation to enhance their communication skills and effectiveness.
- Act as advisor and support in PR/external communications matters
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives
- Participate in the Crisis Communications team

Qualifications:
- Academic degree or equivalent within communication, journalism, or a related field
- Significant experience in internal and external communications, preferably in complex or matrix organisations
- Experience from working in an international commercial organisation
- Proven experience in strategic internal communication and change communication, with a deep understanding of effective communication strategies
- Experience in advising and supporting executive leadership and cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in working both strategic and operational, and the ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution
- Experience with digital communication tools and platforms
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Experience in crisis communication is a plus!
