We need welcoming, caring and reliable Onboard Sales and Services Assistants – people who ensure guests have such a wonderful experience onboard that they cannot wait to sail with us again.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Cabins: Ensuring cabins are cleaned thoroughly and in excellent condition prior to our guests’ arrival on board.
- Restaurants: Delivering prompt and friendly service, clearing tables and washing dishes to maintain high standards.
- Shops: Serving customers confidently, operating tills and ensuring retail areas are tidy, stocked and welcoming.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting service standards and CSS goals.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, including safety, food safety, quality and customer experience models.
- Support stock and cash control procedures, minimising wastage, shrinkage and fraud.
- Maintain merchandising plans across all locations.
- Represent the company proudly by adhering to uniform and personal presentation standards.
- Create a welcoming ambience and maintain overall vessel appearance.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support operational tasks across various locations and departments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the vessel.
- Maximise sales and gross profit by aligning activities with KPI targets.

Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, housekeeping or catering (preferred)
- Over 18 years old
- Willing to work away from home for up to two weeks at a time
- Flexible to work round trips and live off the ships when required
- Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Holyhead
- UK National Insurance number and UK Bank Account
