We are one of approximately 60 organisations that have signed the Women in Maritime Pledge, initiated by the UK Chamber of Shipping. Work is underway to develop a Women in Maritime Charter, that will involve setting targets and developing a company action plan to support women to thrive in the shipping industry.
Stena Line’s own initiative is to reach a balanced workforce which we will deliver an action plan for in 2019.
