Revenue Manager, Dublin - €65,000 - €75,000 DOE
Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to drive our company’s success? Stena Line is seeking a Revenue Manager (Trade Optimizer) for the Business Region Irish Sea South, covering routes from Dublin and Rosslare.
In this role, you will maximise revenue on assigned routes by analysing demand, forecasting trends, and adjusting fares. Your goal will be to optimise fleet revenue and capacity allocation in line with the regional commercial strategy. You will develop short- and long-term strategies, working both independently and collaboratively within the team, and contribute to the enhancement of tools, reports, and trade management processes.
Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential. You will monitor, analyse, and report on booking flow, revenue trends, market dynamics, competition, and business mix changes.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Monitor and predict demand and set price levels on per departure on a daily routine.
- Analyze booking situation on different levels of aggregation against budget.
- Optimize revenue, capacity allocations using a revenue management system.
- Monitor competitor prices, special events and identify revenue opportunities.
- Manage daily ship capacities, certificates, passenger, cabin and car deck inventories.
- Compilation of statistics and accompanying evaluation; In-depth exploration of causes or trends to identify problems, opportunities and specific actions required.
- Identification of upcoming business opportunities and success criteria
- Provide support in scheduling timetables.
- Conduct data collection within the handling system of Stena Line

Who you are

Qualifications:
- University degree in relevant area or equivalent qualification
- Experience of Revenue Management or Yield Management
- Fluent in English
